If you are a foreign National then you will be required to be in possession of and  produce your UK Visitors Firearms Certificate and if an EU National your European Firearms Pass.

You will be required to purchase any carcasses which are damaged by poor shot placement or requirements of a follow up shot resulting in unacceptable damage to the carcass. This will be your responsibility even if your guide, leader or instructor has to take a follow up shot following your injuring or wounding an animal. You will be charged at current commercial rates.

A shot will be considered taken and you will be charged for it if you miss, wound or lose a beast as a result of your shot.

If you are using the Estate Rifle facility you must conform to all current legal requirements. All requests or instructions from Stalking School or Country Services staff regarding the use of the rifle must be complied with. If you are using your own rifle and ammunition then it is your responsibility to ensure that the firearm is safe, in good condition, in proof and suitable for the activity engaged in. All ammunition must conform to current regulations for muzzle energy, velocity, calibre and bullet weight and Stalking School or Country Services accept no liability or responsibility for your rifle or ammunition.

Any equipment lent, hired or given to you for the duration of the activity is your responsibility until returned to staff of Stalking School or Country Services. There will be no refund due to client cancelling because of inclement weather conditions. Stalking School or Country Services staff will attend regardless of the weather and clients should be suitably dressed for conditions likely to be met.
